Return shipping costs
- Change of mind: you pay the return shipping cost.
- Defective or incorrect items: CedarVexa covers the return shipping cost. Contact us so we can arrange the return.
Refunds
After we receive and review your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method and contact you with an update.
Exchanges
Contact us within the same 14-business-day window to arrange an exchange. We will confirm the next steps with you by email.
